Use of AI in Employment Decisions
Fictiv uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools to assist in employment-related decisions, including recruiting, hiring, promotion, compensation, performance evaluation, and termination.
These tools may analyze job-related information such as resumes, applications, qualifications, experience, and performance data to help inform decisions. AI is used to support, not replace, human judgment, and final decisions are made by Fictiv personnel.
Fictiv does not use AI in a manner intended to result in unlawful discrimination and seeks to comply with applicable law, including the Illinois Human Rights Act.

Unsolicited Resumes:
As for unsolicited resumes, we should post the following: "Fictiv does not accept unsolicited resumes or candidate submissions from recruiters, staffing agencies, or search firms without a valid, fully executed agreement in place.
Any resumes or candidate information submitted to Fictiv without such an agreement—including submissions made directly to hiring managers or employees—shall be deemed unsolicited. By submitting such information, the submitting party acknowledges and agrees that Fictiv shall have no obligation to pay any fees, commissions, or other compensation in connection with such submission, and Fictiv shall be free to consider, contact, or hire the candidate without any obligation to the submitting party.
All unsolicited submissions shall be deemed the property of Fictiv.
