Dave Evans envisions a world where ideas become products with speed and ease and manufacturing is available for all - without fear of failure or constraint. Dave graduated from Stanford University in 2011 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. In 2017, Dave was named to Forbes Magazine’s 30 Under 30 list. More recently, he was honored when Fictiv was named in the SDCE 100 Top Supply Chain Projects for 2020 by Supply & Demand Executive and when he was personally named to the 2021 Constellation Research Business Transformation 150 list as well as 2021 Manufacturing Leadership Award for digital transformation by the National Association of Manufacturers. As A Global Innovator member of the World Economic Forum, Fictiv has received $92M in funding since its inception to enable game changing digital manufacturing for all.

Jon Hobgood

VP of Manufacturing Engineering, Honeywell Aerospace

Jon Hobgood is the Vice President of Engineering in the Honeywell Aerospace Integrated Supply Chain organization. This engineering team creates and maintains the manufacturing processes and technologies that allow the Honeywell Aerospace business to consistently deliver products that delight customers. Jon brings extensive experience in driving sustained change in operations, supply chain, and business processes. He started his career with 12 years in the automotive electronics industry at Ford Motor Company and Visteon where he held various roles, including Operations Manager of a team that built 3.5 million products and generated $50M in revenue annually. Prior to Honeywell he also worked at a public fuel cell start-up company. Jon holds an Executive MBA from Thunderbird University in Glendale, Arizona, a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is a certified Honeywell Lean Master, Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Visteon, a certified APICS CPIM operations leader, and a certified Project Management Professional.

Jake Hall

Founder & Influencer, The Manufacturing Millennial

Jake Hall is the Manufacturing Millennial. He talks about the latest technology in the automation and manufacturing industry while being a Business Development Manager at Feyen Zylstra. He is an experienced sales professional with extensive knowledge building lasting business relationships across multiple accounts, designing sales strategies, and creating and accomplishing project goals. Jake drives proficiency in creating new business opportunities with existing and new accounts by leveraging key strengths and maintaining customer relationships.

Michel Putnik

WW Business Development Lead, Manufacturing, Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Michel Putnik is the global Lead of Business Development for Manufacturing at Amazon Web Services. In his role, he oversees the strategy and execution of manufacturing specific solution areas across our largest global customers as the intersection between Operational Technologies and Information Technologies converge. Michel works closely with the AWS partner ecosystem and AWS software engineering teams to ensure we are jointly developing and delivering capabilities across the sector. Specific focus is attributed to the industry needs and requirements regarding manufacturing operations (smart factories), industrial services (smart products), supply chain visibility/analytics/forecasting and design/engineering. Michel brings 20+ years of experience in supporting customers in their business transformation journeys. He shares these experiences with a select few customers in the capacity of Industry Sponsor. Most of his career has been spent with IBM, SAP and Microsoft. Michel is no stranger to working abroad, including Sweden, South Africa, and France. As of the last 12 years, Seattle is his base.
