By verifying your company email address, you unlock the full suite of Fictiv capabilities, including:

  • Advanced DFM Feedback & Quoting
  • Dedicated Support
  • Fictiv Teams
  • Pay With PO (Purchase Orders)
  • Materials.AI

This level of access is designed for teams that need to:

  • Pay flexibly (including via PO)

What’s changing?

To ensure all users get the most out of the platform, accounts registered with a company email will have access to advanced features.

When you log in to fictiv.com, you’ll be prompted to update your account to use your company email address.

How to update your account to use a company email

Upgrading your email is quick and straightforward. Here’s how you can switch to your company email:

Step 1: Log in to your Fictiv account

Step 2: Click on the “Update company email” banner at the top of the page

Step 3: Enter your preferred company email and click “Update company email”

Step 4: You’ll receive a verification email to the new address—click “Verify email address” 

Step 5: Enjoy full access to Fictiv

Once verified, you’ll automatically unlock all of Fictiv’s advanced features.

You can now access additional manufacturing services, tax exemptions, and dedicated support.
