If you’ve used CNC machining to fabricate parts, you’re familiar with the lengthy back-and-forth email chains, complicated drawings, and long lead times waiting for machines to free up—it’s a lot to manage.

The process to get parts CNC machined on time and to spec can be frustrating, time-consuming, and unpredictable. That’s about to change.

Today, we’re thrilled to launch CNC machining on the Fictiv platform for parts fabricated and delivered in just 3 days, all using our simple online interface. Drawings Accepted (But Not Required)

It's easy to upload your engineering drawing to the Fictiv platform—we accept tolerance variations as low as +/-0.025mm (0.001") from nominal. For simple CNC parts, all you need is a STEP file.

Instant Cost Estimates

After uploading your STEP file, you can see a cost estimate instantly, which updates in real time based on your material selection, part quantity, and selected lead time. You get more information up front to help you make quick decisions.

Easy Material Comparison

You can easily review information on different CNC materials right next to your part details, including price range, information on finish and appearance, and minimum wall thickness requirements. Knowledge = power.

DFM Feedback

All parts quoted by Fictiv will receive DFM (design for manufacturing) feedback by one of our expert prototyping engineers, to ensure you get your parts manufactured exactly to spec.

In-app Communication

Have a question about your part? You can use the in-app commenting tool to easily chat with one of our expert prototyping engineers (responses usually arrive in under 5 minutes).

Streamlined communication means no more slogging through lengthy email chains or waiting hours for a response.
